Deeper Dimensions SA (Pty) Ltd t/a DD Training & Consulting offers quality and premium training courses in the area of Bodies Corporate governance and leadership. We also offer Health and Safety training for Bodies Corporate.

Owners in a Sectional Title Scheme elect trustees annually to representatives their interests in the body Corporate.  The management of Sectional title schemes has onerous legal requirements, which sometimes these trustees may not be aware of.  However, they still have a fiduciary responsibility to manage the residential scheme or association in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.  This is where we come in to close that knowledge gap.

When trustees fail to do a good job, all owners are affected. Improper management of finances may result in the termination of utilities by service providers. Market prices of the units decrease due to the absence of appropriate and scheduled repair and maintenance. The partial implementation of Body Corporate rules and codes of conduct may result in unnecessary tensions, squabbles and disputes amongst occupants.

It is in the best interests of all owners to have good stewards (trustees) for their lifetime investment into property either as a home to stay or rental unit. For the proper execution of their duties, trustees need training. This is where we come in to assist in empowering the decision makers of the Body Corporate.

For Businesses, our trainings are conducted during normal working hours from 0830hrs-1630hrs.

For Bodies Corporate, our trainings are conducted between 1730-2100hrs, during the week, and 0900-1800hrs during weekends to suit availability of our clients.

Our trainings are aligned to the Sectional Title Schemes Management Act (No. 8 of 2011) and any amendments thereafter as well as the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act (“the CSOSA”) for Bodies Corporate and the Companies Acts (2008) for Home Owners Associations.
